This opportunity will see you become a skilled, qualified and confident mechanic within the automotive industry by receiving hands on experience and training under the guidance of passionate, highly skilled and qualified automotive professionals.
About the role
Fulltime apprenticeship located in North Richmond. Working within a well maintained workshop where you will be involved in the service, maintenance and repairs of a diverse range of automotive vehicles. As an apprentice, you will be expected to attend TAFE, be punctual, reliable and enthusiastic. On Completion of your apprenticeship, you will hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology - a nationally recognised qualification.

As an Apprentice Mechanic you will:
- Learn to diagnose, service, maintain and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Work alongside qualified technicians and learn from the best in a supportive environment
- Be paid while training at the state of the art TAFE facility
- Receive a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III – Light Vehicle Automotive Technology)
- Assist in general workshop duties
- Work safely and adhere to OHS policies and procedures
To be successful you must have the following: - Minimum year 10 or above school qualifications and/or completion of pre-vocational studies in automotive
- Passion for the automotive industry and a love for cars
- Strong team mentality with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent work ethic with pride on punctuality
- Desire for excellence and quality of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays as and when required.
- Current Driver’s License
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
